All Sales Final

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in specific situations:

Before activation - Full refund, no questions asked
Device incompatibility - Full refund if your device doesn't support eSIM
Wrong purchase - Full refund before activation
Technical issues (our fault) - Full refund or replacement

9. eSIM Activation

How It Works

  1. Purchase your plan
  2. Receive QR code via email (instant delivery)
  3. Scan QR code to install eSIM profile
  4. Activate when ready (within validity period)

Activation Window

  • You can activate up to 180 days before travel
  • Validity period starts when you activate the eSIM
  • QR codes don't expire within the pre-activation window

Device Compatibility

Your device must:

  • Support eSIM technology
  • Be carrier-unlocked
  • Have iOS 12.1+ (iPhone), Android 9+ (Android), or compatible OS

Check compatibility before purchase! We offer refunds for incompatible devices if you weren't aware.

No Guarantees

We don't guarantee:

Maintenance
